A YEAR IN REVIEW…

Happy New Year from all of us at the Cynthia Froid Group!

What an exciting year for Downtown Minneapolis! The energy swirling around downtown living continues to increase as record numbers of new residents are moving to the largest and most vibrant city in our state (but of course we are biased!). It has been an incredible journey over the past 22 years watching Minneapolis evolve into a true destination with world class restaurants, park systems, cultural institutions, sporting venues and thriving large and small businesses. The landscape has certainly changed dramatically since the late 90’s when the revitalization of the river front was just beginning to take shape. 

It has been an honor to be part of this growth, assisting our clients with all their housing choices downtown over the past two decades. We have had the privilege of selling some of the most interesting and notable homes in Minneapolis: from historic warehouses to luxury towers, brownstones to flats, studios to penthouses; we have seen it all!

Two new construction condo projects in the works, and loads of fancy new rental apartments have created many new options for buyers to consider. It will be interesting to see how these projects impact the market downtown in 2019. Be assured that we will be studying these changes intently, and updating you every step of the way.
