We recently sat down with our team of experts for a little Q&A. This week we are focusing on Ryan Pertile.
Ryan followed his entrepreneurial spirit to real estate in 2016 where he found his beginnings in the downtown Minneapolis market. Something about the liveliness of the city and all it had to offer drew his passion. He has become a leader in the downtown real estate market with a breadth of knowledge that is tough to match. Ryan genuinely wants to get to know his clients on a personal level to better understand their lifestyle and how he can best advise them in marketing or sourcing the perfect property. Where are people most likely to find you outside of the CFG office?
Our family cabin or the golf course.
What has been your greatest adventure? Any future adventures that you are looking forward to?
When Lisa and I traveled to Venice and Paris for our honeymoon. Hmm, nothing concrete but I would love to explore more of Europe without the boys for a few weeks.
Your FAVORITE GO-TO MOVIE?
"The Godfather." It's a classic that never gets old.
Favorite go-to movie snack?
Buttered popcorn with a sprinkle of salt.
WHAT WAS YOUR DREAM JOB AS A CHILD?
I wanted to be an astronaut. The idea of exploring space was fascinating.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BUSINESS BOOK?
"Good to Great" by Jim Collins. It's a game-changer.
What is a valued lesson you learned early on in your career that you still utilize to this day?
Always listen more than you speak. Understanding clients' needs is key.
IF YOU DIDN’T LIVE IN MINNEAPOLIS, WHERE WOULD YOU LIVE?
If I lived in the US it would be Rosemary Beach FL. But if we are talking Europe it would be London for sure!
What's your number one piece of advice for a seller or buyer?
For Sellers: Present your home in its best light. First impressions matter.
For Buyers: Be patient. The best time to purchase is when you are ready.
Why real estate?
Great question. I more so fell into the career then sought it out. I grew tired of corporate America and with my marketing & sales background felt I could really excel and bring a different approach and style to the marketplace.

Persistence. I don't give up easily.

Creativity. Always thinking outside the box.

Her ability to connect with people on a personal level. She genuinely cares.
