This is much earlier than most people realize, but Buyers are typically ready to jump into the market right around the Super Bowl. If you are waiting until May, please know that many Buyers will have already made their purchases by that time. A fresh coat of paint and little things like new hardware on kitchen cabinets, or a statement light fixture over the dining table can really transform a space. Don’t forget replacing light bulbs everywhere, and a deep cleaning throughout (including appliances)!

An easy way to highlight the outdoor spaces is to plant some beautiful flowers and arrange the patio furniture for dining al fresco or lounging. Don’t forget to clean up your railings and wash your windows.
