The listing process

Listing your home is not necessarily something one thinks about doing every day, so it should be treated with care and attention, and hence carry a serious tone. From start to finish, our group caters to your every listing need, but that’s not to say that it may not require a bit of effort on the part of a home Seller. If your goal is to receive the highest price the market will allow for your property, you may need to endeavor on a few recommendations from our team of professionals. In addition, if you plan to reside in the property while the home is listed, some accommodation will need to be made to be able to shoot photos and show your home reliably to interested parties.

As our savvy CFG agents will tell you, there is more than one way to list your home….wait what? Yes, we’ll say it again: there is more than one way to list your home! 2020 has also brought us big changes in this department.

Just as when the MLS moved from a book to the world-wide-web, the real estate industry is ever-changing. And what about covid-19?

While we don’t know exactly how this new normal will last, we continue to have precautions in place for our listings. Individual buildings are also managing their own rules and regulations around this topic, and are bound to shift and change as the year continues, but for the time being we are practicing our part to flatten the curve in the following ways:
