In addition to working away, Here’s what else we’ve been up to:

What has been your favorite quarantine activity?

C: I start and end the day with nice long walks. So far I am averaging about 5-7 miles/day! 

L: I have been starting each day doing Modo Yoga’s 30 day challenge!

What is the next recipe you are excited to try out?

C: I have recently embarked on a baking spree. First up were bundt cakes. Sourdough bread is up next...here we go!

BUNDT CAKE Recipe:

I use Ghirardelli 100% cocoa 

I reduce the sugar to 1 and 1/4 cups 

In lieu of the provided glaze recipe, I have a simple recipe of 2/3 cup heavy cream and 1 cup Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate chips. Warm the cream over medium heat and add in chips, whisking until right consistency and drizzle over cake after it’s cooled. 

L: Well & Good’s Jalapeño vegan burrito

What has been your favorite book to catch up on?

C: My Life On The Road, by the lady herself, Ms. Gloria Steinem

L: The moving book, Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate 

What movie or show has been your favorite recently?

C: Ozark on Netflix. 2 Episodes per night limit, people!

L: Green Book, definitely recommend!
